Booking is not finalised, nor secured until the Booking Fee is paid and booking contract returned to Classic Limousines Newcastle.

Prior to the wedding day, we reserve the right, in circumstances beyond our control such as breakdown or accident, to provide a substitute quality vehicle. On the wedding day Classic Limousines Newcastle will carry out services with due care and professional diligence, but will not be held responsible for circumstances beyond their control including but not limited to accidents, breakdown and weather conditions. The client agrees that in such similar cases, the liability of Classic Limousines Newcastle will be limited to a refund of monies paid by them for such vehicles.

In accepting this contract you agree to release & discharge this company and its employees from any and all damages, injuries, losses and/or claims by the wedding party and/or their associated representatives.

CANCELATIONS: All cancellations are to be notified in writing. For cancellations made prior to one month before the wedding date, the booking fee less 20% admin fee will be refunded only if vehicle is re-booked. If the vehicle is not re-booked, no refund will be given. For cancellations made within the month prior to the wedding date no refund will be given.

I understand children 7 years and younger are not permitted to travel in limousines.
